Who handles payments?
All paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, sales tax / VAT / GST, fraud prevention, and refund disbursement. Yanib never sees or stores your card details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and we will not charge you again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid invoice. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays intact. Pro-only behaviour stops working on downgrade (e.g. extra repos beyond 1 are paused, auto-release triggers fall back to tag-only), but your repositories, releases, integrations, and historical changelogs remain accessible. Upgrade again any time to resume.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is permanent. It connects 1 repository and includes AI changelogs, the public changelog page, Slack/Discord delivery, embeds, email subscribers, and the developer profile — enough to evaluate the core product end-to-end before upgrading.
Can I use my own AI API key?
Yes. With Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) you connect your own Anthropic API key, and the AI usage is billed directly by Anthropic to your account. BYOK on the Free plan also lifts the 1-repo limit.
What currency is the price in?
Pricing is in USD. Paddle charges in your local currency at checkout where supported and adds any applicable VAT / GST / sales tax based on your billing location.
